1.The EC series metering pumps feature a precise one-way valve design, making them suitable for quantitative fluid injection of various low to medium viscosity liquids (1-20,000 CPS) without particles.
2.These pumps utilize a stepper motor or servo motor to drive a precise screw drive system. All injection parameters can be set through a color touch screen, eliminating the need for any mechanical adjustments to the pump. This ensures precise control of the injection volume and achieves quantitative fluid injection under various conditions. Multiple stroke operations can be set to automatically deliver arbitrary large volumes of fluid with quantitative accuracy.
3.The metering pumps in this series exhibit extremely high metering accuracy and repeatability, with precision better than ±0.5%.
4.The standard pump models feature a fully 316 stainless steel construction, providing superior corrosion resistance for all pump components. In practical applications such as lithium-ion battery fluid injection, their corrosion resistance outperforms similar imported metering pumps. Additionally, strong acid-resistant injection pumps can be custom-made to meet specific requirements.
