System Description
The equipment automatically opens cartons, applies glue to seal the bottom, and conveys the opened cartons to the counging position.The photoelectric counting system is used to count the k cup lifted up, and then the cups are uniformly discharged into the carton.After the cartons are filled, they will be conveyed to the check weigher for re-inspection. Once they pass the re-inspection, they will be automatically sealed.

High-Speed Carton Erector
The K30-H carton opening machine utilizes a fully mechanical structure to automatically complete the functions of fetching cartons, opening cartons, folding the bottom surface, and dispensing glue to seal the bottom surface. High-Speed Counting Elevator
The high-speed counting elevator employs photoelectric technology to count the materials being lifted up. The designed belt ensures that each compartment holds only one cup, and stacked cups are removed by the rotating wheel at the top. After counting, the cups fall into the hopper, which releases the cups once each count is completed. Then, the cups are conveyed by a conveyor belt to the designated discharge port and enter the box. Meanwhile, the elevator has already started counting and collecting cups into the hopper again.

Vibrating Feeder Conveyor
The photoelectric detects to the box transmits the signal to the PLC, and after the baffle connected by the cylinder releases one box, it again blocks the box behind it.Once the first box is in position and detected by the photoelectric sensor, the conveyor belt transports the collected cups into the box. Upon completion of the packing, the cylinder taps the box to evenly distribute the cups inside, facilitating the sealing process.
