    Servo drive technology enables precise motion control, ensuring accuracy and stability throughout the entire process of film roll forming, sealing, and material filling. The initiation of material filling occurs after each bag bottom is sealed, achieved through communication between the packaging machine and the upstream feeder. The feeder has multiple options, including volumetric cup scales, auger feeders, multi-head scales, and metering pumps.

    A flexible programmable controller monitors, controls, and optimizes all machine functions and production parameters. Up to 100 production recipes can be saved in the machine's programmable controller.      
    All machine parameters can be set, monitored, and supervised on the color touchscreen, such as operating performance, former size, filling weight, filling time, sealing temperature, and film alignment. A simple and intuitive operation logic prevents incorrect inputs.
